Flatiron Loft

Manhattan, NYC2020

The original brick walls and coffered ceilings of this landmark-district loft apartment were exposed to display the building’s industrial past. In order to maximize use of the 1000 square-foot layout, the master bedroom closet, loft space, and entertainment center were combined into a single volume that is situated between the buildings pronounced concrete columns. Patinaed steel panels and a painted aluminum glass storefront wall compliment the post-industrial aesthetic of the design.
