Speculative 2026


This speculative design for a single-family residence seeks to address the growing demand for entry-level homes in American suburbs. A compact yet efficient layout accommodates three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a flexible office or guest-suite space within 1,800 square feet of floor area. Shingle and craftsman-style details pay homage to the 20th-Century pioneers of the entry-level house typology.
